We recently bought a 2016 Town & Country from Staunton Chrysler and we are loving it. I found this van on carfax and they had it listed for a very good price. I contacted them & told them I was interested in it, we agreed on a price & then I told them we lived about 4 hrs away and were planning on taking a family trip and that we were going w/in 1/2 hr of them & wondered if we could drop off our pickup if we decided to make the purchase, till we came back by, a week later. They were very accommodating. We pulled in 1 hr before closing, van was out front w/a full tank of gas & in immaculate condition. Salesperson was friendly, fast & efficient. We completed the paperwork and were on our way 45 min. later. I can recommend them and would go back again. Thank you very much to the staff @ Stauton Chrysler.

Called multiple times to get a service appointment. One time an employee actually answered (vs automated message) and asked where to direct my call and I indicated the service department. Left my information twice and never heard back. Really a shame because I am unhappy with my dealer in Charlottesville and was going to drive an hour to give this dealer my business. Looking to find another service provider at this point, as well as a dealer when I buy my next Jeep.
Ryan O' Leary is the ultimate professional salesperson. I drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle and was not disappointed. He made sure it was ready to test drive and did not waste my time. We quickly and efficiently completed the deal. I was impressed with the dealership, both the people and the environment. I was not low-balled on my trade or insulted like most dealerships start out. They addressed my concerns with the vehicle I was purchasing and left me feeling that I got a great deal and was treated professionally. *Edit- I should also state that I was happy with this dealer 2+ years ago when they were able to replace my JGC suspension/lift system because they own service equipment that Brown's (in Cville) did not at the time. I appreciated that service and was looking to have the same this time. Looks like from the reviews they may be under new ownership though, as is Brown's, so I may be looking for something that can't be replicated.
