Good food. Friendly.
Been a customer for years. My worst experiance from fast food is from this Hardee's. Here's our story. We pull up and order via drive thru. We can see inside that we are the only customers. There's at least 4 workers. All girls. 3 are standing by the cash register laughing and talking to each other. One girl working the drive thru having to do the orders. 5+ minutes later we get our food. It's cold. Onion rings tasted reheated and rubber. They threw some fries into the onion rings to cover up the nasty onion rings. Chicken tenders VERY cold. Just ridiculous. You'd think with at least 5 workers there and it being completely dead that our food would be fresh. Nope. Not Staunton Hardee's. They are CONSTANTLY getting our orders wrong. We get the same thing nearly every time. It's a simple order too. We don't ask for any extra things such as "no pickle or ketchup". It's simple. It's sad because it's the only fast food joint other than DQ in the Staunton area. The best time (in my opinion) to get your food fresh and right is week days around 2 or 3. Chicken tenders wise- be careful. Most of the time you'll get them either underdone, chewy or nearly burnt. Rarely I've had a perfect juicy chicken tender from THIS location.
Not the friendliest people. Over priced
Staff always friendly chicken tenders are to die for and I'm not a chicken Fender eater love them mushroom cheeseburger
