Rude, and uncaring. Took my wife there, she had a bad anxiety attack. I was just taken back by just how rude that they was. Compassion was definitely not part of their ER. My wife does not like taking pills, the nurse actually looked at her and said I have another patient so if you could just hurry up and take that, in just the dryest rudest tone possible. Would not recommend.

If i could go lower then a one I would I called to make a appointment for my daughter eyes thaught all ways good got a call back from the lady and she said that they don't take her insurance I said ok cancel it please, well next thing I know she got a bill for a no show called got no where with them no one there knows how to do there job horrible place I will b telling everyone on the to go theee

February 18th 2017 at approximately 1130am I took my daughter Skylar into the ER for a dog bite. The front desk staff was nice. However the nurse that called us back was not very pleasant. First issue i had was- i asked how to adjust the back of the bed so my 2 yr old coukd sit upright instead of laying down- the nurse replied you'll be fine I'll get back to ya when I get back or whatever...uhm that's not professional at all.. end of shift or not you treat your patients with respect. Second issue I had was she never worked gloves!!! She had her fingers in my daughters eye! How do I know what she has or doesn't have. That's my 2 yr baby girl and im.not willing to take that chance. I asked aren't you supposed to have your gloves on while messing with other people's body fluids of any sort?? Again I'm no doctor but that's common sense! The third issue I had was she said to put ointment on my daughter dog bite and the Doctor said not to because of blocking in infections and he did not want to get anything In her eye. I respect that.then the nurse came in and put ointment on my daughters eye.. However, he and his nurse were not communicating at all!! Forth issue -Then the nurse asked me if she was allergic--I replied with her allergies and again the nurse and doctor were not communicating. The doctor gave the antibiotics to the nurse BUT the nurse said she was allergic to that specific antibiotic again as she was walking up. To sum it up that nurse on shift this morning and that doctor need to get it together communicate and stop telling your patients 2 different ways to clean or not to clean a wound! AND WEAR YOUR GLOVES!

ER misdiagnosed conditions. Permanent staff/clinics do a good job
